It looks to be a warm one again for Sunday's Falmouth Road Race. Forecast is a high of 80 degrees under cloudy skies. In this week's column, Blake talks about breaking a sweat before having a chance to warm up first thing in the morning before the race and being sprayed with hot water along the course.
