Sea breeze

I start down the bike path this pleasant warm morning, then take a turn down an opening in the lush vegetation. I work through the thick foliage until the path emerges on a dirt-packed fire road. Ah, paradise for concrete-weary joints. A sea breeze refreshes me like one of those tall drinks with a paper parasol. I feel like I want to run forever. First vacation since the Beijing Olympics and China was no vacation. This is Hawaii and I think I like it.
